Hailee Steinfeld was born on December 11, 1996 in Tarzana, Los Angeles. She started acting at age eight, initially appearing in short films to have experience. She played the role of Talia Alden in the 2009 award-winning short film She’s a Fox. She then made her feature film debut in 2010’s True Grit.
Her performance in True Grit was critically acclaimed, earning her an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress. She then portrayed Juliet Capulet in 2013’s Romeo and Juliet. She has since starred in the films Ender’s Game, 3 Days to Kill, Hateship, Loveship, Begin Again and The Homesman.
Has Hailee Steinfeld had Plastic Surgery?
Hailee Steinfeld certainly has a promising career ahead of her, and bagging an Oscar nomination in her film debut at age 14 already says it all. Because people consider her as one the young stars to make it really big in Hollywood, some are already checking her for some possible cosmetic enhancements since it’s not a secret that some celebrities have undergone plastic surgery at a young age.
But 17-year-old True Grit star isn’t one of them as she hasn’t had anything done. The young actress may consider some treatments as she grows in the show business but as of now most people consider her to be a natural beauty. Expert Dr. Paul S. Nassif says: “Hailee Steinfeld is still very young, and has not had any surgery performed to her face. She would not benefit from any procedures at this time.”
