Melinda Patrice “Mindy” Clarke was born on April 24, 1969 in Dana Point, California. She began her acting career in the soap opera Days of Our Lives as Faith Taylor in 1989. She then appeared in various TV shows before gaining recognition for her role as Lady Heather in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
She then rose to mainstream stardom when she landed the role of Julie Cooper in The O.C., a part she played from 2003 to 2007. She recently became known for her role as Amanda in the TV series Nikita. In addition, she has appeared in the films Return of the Living Dead 3, Return to Two Moon Junction and Spawn.
Has Melinda Clarke had Plastic Surgery?
The 45-year-old actress has been on television since the 1990s but viewers think her appearance hasn’t significantly changed, which is odd considering her age. Women in their 40s tend to lose volume in their face but Clarke seems to be not affected by the inevitable signs of aging. Is she truly gifted or is this a result of cosmetic work? Her case made some people speculate that the Nikita actress probably has had fillers such as Juvederm to replace her natural collagen.
Boston plastic surgeon Dr. Jonah Hill said that it is not uncommon for women in their 40s to maintain their appearance by using fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm in order to replace the volume in their face. Botox is also often used to eliminate the prominent wrinkles on the forehead. The doctor also mentioned that such cosmetic enhancements could be the reason why the TV star still looks great for her age.
