Colin Firth Plastic Surgery Before and After

Colin Firth was born on September 10, 1960 in Grayshott, United Kingdom. He has studied at the Drama Centre in London, his interest to pursue acting stemming from his experience at the National Youth Theater, and later at the National Theatre. He began his acting career by performing on stage productions and later on television and films. He was already making a name for himself in the late 1980s but it was his portrayal of Mr. Darcy in the TV film Pride and Prejudice that cemented his status as a sought after actor.

This led to major roles in high-profile films, including English Patient, Bridget Jones’s Diary, Shakespeare in Love and Love Actually. He then received his first Academy Award nomination for his performance in the 2009 movie A Single Man. The following year, he rose to further prominence courtesy of his portrayal of King George VI in the 2010 film The King’s Speech, earning him his first Oscar win for Best Actor.

Has Colin Firth had Plastic Surgery?

The 54-year-old actor has been getting his grooves in the past few years, spearheaded by his critically-acclaimed performances in mostly well-known Hollywood productions, making him even more famous that he already is. That being said, fans and critics alike wonder if the award-winning actor has had any sorts of plastic surgery to help him with aging. After all, Firth is turning 55 this year. Half a decade later and he’ll be 60 years old. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem to be the case as the British actor looks ravishingly youthful.

It can be fairly concluded that age seems to agree with Firth. Can plastic surgery be included in the entire equation? Most of the time, observers consider cosmetic procedures especially with actors in the brink of losing their youth to aging, but Colin Firth seems to be unaffected by it all. In fact, during his big night at the 83rd Annual Oscars back in 2011, the big winner himself appeared to be untouched by any surgical procedures unlike other actors. However, some plastic surgeons noted that while he didn’t seem to have any major work done, it was possible that he could have had dermal fillers as his cheeks looked fuller than usual.
