Madonna Louise Ciccone was born on August 16, 1958 in Bay City, Michigan. Wanting to pursue a career in modern dance, she moved to New York City where she performed in the music groups Breakfast Club and Emmy. She then released her debut album in 1983.
This was followed by other commercially and critically successful albums such as Ray of Light (1998) and Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005). She is best known for the hit singles “Like a Virgin”, “Into the Groove”, “Papa Don’t Preach”, “Like a Prayer” and “Vogue”.
Has Madonna had Plastic Surgery?
Madonna’s career has already withstood decades and it has not been without plastic surgery rumors. Addressing the plastic surgery reports, the singer-actress stated in an interview: “I am what I am. And I don’t like the idea of someone putting you to sleep then taking knives to you.”
Despite attributing her youthful appearance to her inner beauty with the help of Kabbalah, people aren’t that convinced. Experts are also hesitant to believe that inner peace and beauty are to be fully credited for her appearance.
Facial Aesthetic expert Dr. Andrew Douglas said: “I suspect Madonna has Botox injected. Her frown, forehead and crows’ feet appear suspiciously smooth and she is without any of the lines you would naturally expect in a 52-year-old woman.”
The doctor also said that Madonna shows signs of having had a facelift accompanied by some volume restoration at the same time and that Madonna’s doctor may have used collagen replacer or fat transfer to help with the volume restoration. This procedure is made visible by the crease under her eyes, which travels out to the side of the face.
