Many observers noted how dramatically the actress’ face has changed in the film. With this, people on social media claimed Kapoor may have had a chin surgery and a lip job to improve her facial features. Many agree that the actress looks different now compared to her appearance in her debut in the 2013 movie Shuddh Desi Romance. Despite these rumors, the actress is resolute in her stance that no plastic surgery ever happened. In an interview, Kapoor denied the rumors by saying: “I have lost weight; my face is bound to look different. We shot in Paris when it was freezing; the cameras keep zooming in and out. The face looks different from different angles.” She even added: “I can’t afford surgery, I am only one-film old.”
