Elizabeth Banks was born on February 10, 1974 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude with a major in communications and a concentration in theater arts in 1996. Two years later, she received her MFA after completing her studies at the American Conservatory Theater.
Her acting career began in 1998 when she made her film debut in Surrender Dorothy. She has appeared in some films during the next few years before rising to popularity for her role in 2005’s The 40-Year-Old Virgin. She has since starred in the films Role Models, The Uninvited and The Hunger Games, among others.
Has Elizabeth Banks had Plastic Surgery?
Banks has gone from the aggressively playful Beth in The 40-Year-Old Virgin to a widely recognized Hollywood actress, director and producer. Being a prolific artist in the show business, people get to see her on the big screen and small screen almost regularly. Because of this, she became more likely a target for plastic surgery rumors. When asked about what she thought of cosmetic procedures, she told Women’s Health that she’s “not a fan of plastic surgery”.
Despite her self-proclaimed stand against going under the knife, some people are not really convinced. For starters, her nose has a great proportion and symmetry. It has been suggested that Banks has gone under the knife before embarking on a professional acting career to help her find success in her chosen craft. If such rumors were true, it could be considered that the alleged nose job did something good to her career and life in general.
