Helen Joyce Gabriel Flanagan was born on August 7, 1990 in Bury, England. She first came to prominence for her portrayal of Rosie Webster in the British soap opera Coronation Street (2000-2012). For her role as Rosie, she was nominated for “Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress” at the British Soap Awards in 2006.
She has also appeared in other TV shows, including Loose Women, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, Daybreak, Big Brother’s Bit On The Side, and I Love My Country, among others. She also recently played the role of Kirsty Brompton in the British medical drama series Holby City.
Has Helen Flanagan had Plastic Surgery?
The 24-year-old English actress first appeared on the soap Coronation Street when she was 10. Because she started acting at a young age, audiences were able to notice drastic transformation on the actress’ face. Now that she’s all grown up, viewers suspect that she might have something done to her face as this could explain why her appearance has changed so much. This then led to plastic surgery rumors claiming that Flanagan has had cheek implants.
The Coronation Street star has since denied rumors of cosmetic procedures, even calling such claims as “jokes” on her Instagram page. According to Flanagan, the only reason why her face has dramatically changed since her time on Coronation Street is because she’s all grown up. But the rumors about the celebrity doesn’t end here. A few years back, she has also been suspected of having a nose job. Her original nose was said to be bigger and wider, particularly at the tip. After the alleged surgery, the bridge became slimmer and the tip was trimmed down, giving her a sharper look.
